* the client program comes preconfigured with a file called 'servers.bc3' that tells it which servers it can connect to. If the network you wish to connect to is not currently listed, you should replace the default 'servers.bc3' file with that network's version of it.
You can download the current version of the global 'servers.bc3' file here (last updated November 28, 2006).
...if you wish to set up your own discussion network. Because the server uses the I/O completion port model, it only works on Windows NT, 2000, XP, and Vista:
